Day 3: Food Again
As expected, today we had a visit from our friends and partners. Resisting the allure of shashlik turned out to be beyond my strength. I also had to face another challenge — neighbors bringing delicious food in anticipation of the upcoming holidays.🎄
Also, I finally dedicated a lot of time to cleaning. I tidied up the entire area and my floor. Instantly, my thoughts felt clearer — it’s true what they say: a clean desk equals a clear mind.
However, I managed to complete the December challenge on Duolingo. It’s strange, considering I only started in the middle of the month.

I continued reading the book my friend gifted me, which I mentioned earlier — Joe Dispenza’s Becoming Supernatural. The book tells the story of a woman who had hit rock bottom. She faced nothing but problems: her husband had passed away, she was diagnosed with a terminal illness, and she was left with a mountain of debts from her husband. Yet, she managed to overcome all of it. Later, when she spoke about that difficult period in her life, she described it as the best thing that ever happened to her because it allowed her to push off from the bottom and become the best version of herself.
Another positive aspect of this book is the author’s heavy use of scientific terminology. This inspired me to revisit another book I had read earlier, Lehninger’s Principles of Biochemistry.
Overall, I don’t feel like writing much today. I want to set one more goal for the next day: to eat as little as possible. As I write this article, I decide how much I’ll allow myself to eat. I’ve decided to permit myself five eggs throughout the day. The exact quantity per meal or the timing doesn’t matter — just five eggs over the course of the day.
Oh, the last one — let me show you the most beautiful girl I’ve ever met in my life :)
