Day 2: the Shawarma
Don`t tell me You don`t like it

Eating Again
I have a problem with food dependency. Today, I couldn’t control myself and ended up eating shawarma twice. But if I think about it, that’s all I’ve eaten today, so maybe it’s not as bad as it seems.
In any case, I’ll keep trying to reduce the calories in my diet. The main thing is not to give up and to believe in yourself, even if the road seems long.
Speaking of losing weight: if you want to lose weight, you must consume fewer calories than you burn in a day. If you’re going to gain weight, you need to consume more calories than you burn in a day. Period. There are no other rules. Intermittent fasting, cutting out certain foods or fats, proteins, or carbohydrates — none of that matters. It’s just essential physics. The first law of thermodynamics.

On the bright side, I completed my workout and swam in cold water. 👌
My Lovely Parkinson
By the way, about my pills. Today they didn’t work well. When my pills don’t work, I move poorly. They help my body produce dopamine; thanks to that, I can move and function normally. But today was one of those days when the pills only worked for three hours. I was angry about it because I couldn’t get anything done. I even grabbed a hammer and started hitting random things to let off steam.
Speaking of letting off steam, it only builds up when you keep it inside for too long and don’t release it. That’s been a big problem because I always answered, “I’m fine,” even when I had worries or internal struggles. I could handle them on my own. That’s how I thought (spoiler — I could not).
Ultimately, that steam found its way out in the worst possible ways (through the ass), and everything turned into a mess (ass).
So, if you have a friend with whom you can share your thoughts and worries, do not hesitate. If you don’t have such a friend, find one.
Flying By
Enough philosophy. Greenhouses are being built behind my garden. Here’s a video of them.
I’m looking forward to tomorrow because it’s the last working Friday before the New Year and we’ll have a corporate party. So many challenges are waiting)))
